With contactless smart card and computer management as the core, the system is formed by the high dependable road-gate and the parking lot control equipment invented and produced by our company. The system is stable and dependable and can be easily operated, which can realizes the comprehensive management of vehicles’ entering and going out, charging and security etc.

System Constitution and Main Function

The basic facitities installed on the driveway of the gate of parking lot include the integrated machine of the contactless smart card gate card reading display and the electric gate control, electric gate with the vehicle sensor, color camera of gate, control box, extended interphone, computer-controlled manual/automatic toll system and parking toll management software etc. Uses can enter or go out of the parking lot by reading card. If necessary, the toll will be received by computer system automatically or manually. The main equipments in parking the toll supervisory center include system server, card issuing and system management and toll computer, computer for supervision of parking lot equipment and temporary parking toll, desk card reader and writer and host interphone etc. The main function is to monitor and control the vehicles and the work of equipments on the driveway, finish setting all kinds of parameters of toll management system, issue and collect parking cards, collect data and print out relevant report forms and give alarms.

Main Features of the System

* The integrated machine of the contactless smart card gate card reading display and the electric gate control has the perfect function of gate control. Extended interphone (optional), SOS button and VFD (plasma) Chinese character displaying screen.

* The distance of card reading is 10cm (standard). The long-distance products such as 50cm and 100cm are optional.

Teleoperator is optional for the managers to operate the opening and closing of the gate.

* The control system with standard C/S structure adopts the standard ET-BUS protocol of our company and can be connected with TalenCa multi-purpose smart card management system seamlessly.

* It has the function of remote control. It can directly operate the gate on the remote management terminal computer system.

* It adopts imported famous electric road gate from KABA in Germany and NORVA in Singapore, vehicle sensor, overloading protection and the equipment that protect the system from being broken.

* The gate has two types: straight pole and folding pole (suitable for the underground parking lots of low height). It is dependable and has reasonable structure and long working life.

* If the power is off suddenly, the gate pole can be operated manually (KABA gate from Germany). The terminal position of the gate pole is protected electrically and mechanically.

* It has the function of fire protection linkage and automatic pole rising when power is off (small UPS needed).

* The surface of the gate box is painted lasting outdoor molding powder. All parts in the box are antirust so that they meet the needs of the outdoor environment at any time.

* The 400-line color camera of low light level can be installed on the gate together with a waterproof cover.

* It has the function of photographing monitoring linkage. When the vehicle enters the gate and the card is read, the camera will begin to work to record the information of the vehicle such as its figure, color and license plate etc. and save the information into the database of the image processing computer according to relevant card number so that when the vehicle goes out of the parking lot, the information will be called out. When the vehicle goes out of the parking lot, the card will be read and the camera will begin to work to record the information of vehicle such as its figure, color and license plate etc. and compare them with the image photographed when it entered according to the card number for automatic or manual confirmation.

* It adopts industrial control computer to be in charge of monitoring all the equipment in the parking lot and the toll of temporary card parking. It communicates with all kinds of sensors, controllers, card readers and writers and the toll displaying screen at real time. It is also in charge of collecting the data of parking lot and checking parking cards.

* The video signal from the camera at gate will be digitized and saved in the system server so as to check the vehicles and finish comparing the images of vehicle in and out.

* The intercommunication system is installed in the card reader at the gate. Personnel will guide the car owner to use the equipment, which is convenient for users’ inquires and solving sudden problems.

* The printer is connected with the card issuer and the system management computer so that the information of the operation of the parking lot and the toll can be printed out at any time, for example, the journal account of vehicles in and out every day, the numbers of licence plate of all vehicles the day before and the volume of vehicle flow, which can be easily inquired about and counted by the management department.

* The system can collect smart card information through card issuers and toll card readers or read and write the cards so as to complete the issuing and management of monthly cards and fixed cards.
