TalenCa 9700NX Network Access Control Management System is a control system with powerful functions. Control computer (CPC) is connected with system network controller (NCU) through RS232 interface.
NCU is connected with DPU by ET-BUS. Each NCU can be connected with 127
DPU at most. The length of bus line can reach 1.2 km without repeaters.
Control computers (CPC) are connected by Ethernet.
Long-distance control can be realized through phone-dialing network.
Main Functions of the System
Security management function. Any user can’t access the software system without legal password.
Perfect authorization management system. The levels of authorization management amount to 256 at most. Based on each functional menu, all managers can beauthorized respectively.
Locally add or cancel the unlocking card at real time.
Optional long-distance control module can realize long-distance authorization management so as to the database maintenance.
Optional long-distance control module can realize long-distance monitoring function.
Real-time displaying the opening or closing state of locks and the card-using records.
Function of attendance check, including records of entering and going out (only valid in the card system that needs card to go out ). All kinds of report forms and attendance report can be printed out.

Main Features of TN9701 Series Access Control Unit Module
*DPU is interlinked with unit control computer (CPC) through ET-BUS interface and NCU. Each CPC can manage 2048 DPUs at most to realize real-time access control management control. Optional long-distance control module can realize long-distance authorization management and monitoring function through telephone network.
*It adopts TEMIC contactless smart card or EM4001 contactless ID card of TEMIC Company in Germany, or MIFARE
contactless smart card of PHILIPS Company in Holland.
*The contactless smart card reader with the distance of 40cm-50cm as the card-reading distance can be equipped.
*Large-size and long-distance inductive antenna (50cm-100cm) can be equipped.
*The standard equipment can manage 100 users, and 8,000 users at most after expansion.

* Optional intelligent network controller (NCU) with large-capacity buffer storage (4MB at most) can increase the transferring speed of the network so as to lighten the burden of CPC.
Main Features of TR-9701/9701S/9801/9801S Card Reader
*TR-9701/9701S can read TEMIC E5550/E5551/EM4001 cards and support the password accessing function of TEMIC cards.
*TR-9801/9801S can read Mifare One/Mifare Pro/Mifare light cards and support the password accessing function of Mifare cards.
*RS-485 interface allows some card readers to be connected in the way of bus line. 16 card readers at most can work in the way of parallel connection.
*The card-reading distance marked out is 6cm. The longest distance of connected line is 500m.
*TR9701/9801 have LCD displaying screen of 16x2 lines and keyboard. Support information input with keyboard (input password for example).

Main Features of NCU-1 Intelligent Network Controller
NCU-1 Intelligent Network Controller is the high-performance one produced by our company with high-speed CPU, high-speed buffer storage of super high capacity and highly accurate real-time clock system inside. Based on the standard ET-BUS protocol of our company, NCU-1 is interlinked with the control equipment of each subsystem to exchange data at real time, save the exchanged data in the high-speed buffer storage temporarily, and exchange the data with the service port management software in the managing computer through high-speed communication interface. As a result, the communication efficiency of the system is optimized.
Type of locks and Choosing
The locks for TalenCa 9700NX include cathodal lock, anodal lock, magnetic lock, glass clip lock and TalenCa series
interlinked/non-interlinked contactless smart card lock etc. Passage gate which can be opened at both sides usually
adopts anodal bolt lock. The gate opened at one side adopts magnetic lock. The internal door usually uses cathodal lock to cooperate with former lock. Magnetic lock is also an option for special conditions. If high security is required for the internal door, for example, the separating doors in apartment buildings, TalenCa series interlinked/non-interlinked contactless smart card lock can be used.

Contactless Smart Card Attendance Check/ Patrol Management System
System Profile
KX (TEMIC, EM4001 card)/880 (Mifare card) series contactless smart card attendance check management system is the new computer-controlled attendance check management system produced by our company. It is safe and convenient and fit for all kinds of enterprises. It can be connected with the interface of attendance check controller through ET-BUS and with the computer through NCU. It can count and collect the data of attendance check at real time or at fixed time and put out all kinds of statistics report forms. KX-800/880 can be individually used and can also be connected with computer through RS-232C interface, which can satisfy small enterprises. At most 2000 such systems can work together with ET-BUS in order to satisfy the requirement of large or medium scale enterprises. The flexible setting of attendance check parameters can satisfies all kinds of complex requirements of attendance check. KX-800/880 attendance check management system is connected with TalenCa 9700NX network access control system and XG-800/880 contactless smart card patrol system seamlessly to form the contactless smart card management system in buildings.
Main Features of the System
* KX-800/880 series contactless smart card attendance checker adopts LCD to display year, month, date and time, and the card number of the personnel when reading the card.
* It has the keyboard, with which common functions of simple management and inquiry can be realized.
* If the power is shut off, the record can be kept for over 10 years.
* The power for the clock in the attendance checker is supplied by the independent special lithium battery. If the electrical power is shut off, the clock will continue working for more than 10 years so that the time needn’t resetting.
* Several fixed time of starting or ending work, off-day of the week and holidays can be set randomly according to the conditions of the departments or groups.
* Situation of absence from duty can be input manually so that different conditions such as sick leave, private affair leave, business trip and work done outside the office etc. can be accurately recorded.
* The situation of going out during working time can be input manually so that the hours or days of sick leave or private affair leave can be recorded.
* Overtime work can be automatically saved according to the card-reading record. The time (number of hour) of any event can be modified to avoid false overtime work record.
